Brave new World-Dating
In Brave New World, dating isn't really one on one. Everyone belongs to everyone else. Back in the 30's, dating was very strict. It wasn't as open as relationships are today. The dating scene today can be better compared to how they are in the book. There is not as much commitment today as there was in the 1930's. People are just having fun with it and jumping from one person to the next, where as the 30's would frown on that. This jumping and hoppping dating game is acceptable in Brave New World and if people today keep dating how they are, eventually everyone could belong to everyone else..

mmmmmmm........i don't think its quite that bad. its just the whorish girls who do that and the guys who are scared of commitment, everyone else is pretty much normal and keeps it under control.
I agree 100 percent with you colin and i kinda wrote about the same thing. People back in those days and even today would view the everyone belongs to everyone else as disgusting.
